Apartment 5 is a Top floor apartment. Bedroom with 1 Queen or 2 Single beds, clock radio and wardrobe. Bedsitting room with 2 Single beds or 2 settees, wardrobe, dining table and chairs and TV/DVD. Small kitchen with four burner stove top and convection microwave oven, medium sized fridge, cookware and utensils. Bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Large windows and access to balcony with stunning mountain and valley views. Carpeted. Central heating, feather doonas and extra blankets and fan (summer).

One car space in reverse park (and stacked) arrangement in the driveway is available for long stays in winter, though this can depend on type of vehicle and snow conditions. Parking at other times of the year is more flexible.
